Duratech are manufacturing two kinds of network monitering system call by DUDC-RTMS and portable product call by eMCS-U1602. This analysis and diagnosis tools can analyze and diagnose the defects of the motor and rotating machine using voltage and current coming into the motor. This technology is used to MCSA(Motor Current Signature Analysis), ESA(Electric Signature Analysis) and VAM(Vibration Analysis Methods). We are call eMCS(Electrical Motor Condition Monitering Systems) The eMCS can diagnose electrical defects and mechanical failure of the motor and rotary machine acquiring the electric signal using the Fourier transform methods. Because the eMCS easy to acquiring directly electrical signal data of the motor to the electricity room, instellation or maintenance costs if system or equipment is very inexpensive by comparison to VAM (Vibration Analysis Methods) applied to the diagnosis of rotating machine equioment. Because of the decision to the defects based on the load-rate of the motor, regardless of size or capacity of the a.c. induction motor, eMCS can also be measured is a very small defects.
